Key Duties
Proactively win new business across Somerset.
Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients across multiple sectors.
Identify business opportunities and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to order placement.
Build strong, long-term client relationships.
Achieve personal and team sales targets.
Represent Acorn by Synergie within the local business community through networking and client meetings.
Work collaboratively with recruitment colleagues to convert opportunities into successful outcomes.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or business development.
Confident, people-first approach with strong communication skills.
Self-motivated attitude with a drive to exceed targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Desire to build a long-term career in recruitment.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
