Key Duties
  • Proactively win new business across Somerset.

  • Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients across multiple sectors.

  • Identify business opportunities and develop tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to order placement.

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Achieve personal and team sales targets.

  • Represent Acorn by Synergie within the local business community through networking and client meetings.

  • Work collaboratively with recruitment colleagues to convert opportunities into successful outcomes.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or business development.

  • Confident, people-first approach with strong communication skills.

  • Self-motivated attitude with a drive to exceed targets.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • Desire to build a long-term career in recruitment.

  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
