Our client, a housing developer, is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to carry out snagging and customer care on occupied properties in Newport.

This is a temporary role offering the chance to work across multiple trades and develop hands-on experience in residential property maintenance.

Key Duties

• Carry out snagging and customer care work on occupied properties.

• Perform a broad range of construction tasks including painting, patching, basic carpentry, and mastic work.

• Ensure a polite and professional approach when working in customers' homes.

Requirements

• Broad construction experience across multiple trades.

• Polite, professional, and well-presented when working in customers' homes.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Ability to complete between two and five jobs per day efficiently.
