Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an experienced General Labourer to join our client's team in Coleford on a long-term basis.

Key Duties

• Assist with daily site operations and support various trades as required.

• Conduct pre-work checks and ensure work areas are clean and organised.

• Handle materials and equipment safely.

• Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.

• Report hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a general labouring or similar role.

• Good understanding of on-site health and safety practices.

• Proactive, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.

• Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Desirable

• Valid CSCS card.

• Additional site tickets (e.g. manual handling, first aid).
