Key Responsibilities
- Proactively win new business across Somerset.
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients across multiple sectors.
- Identify business opportunities and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets.
You'll be a visible representative for Acorn by Synergie in the local business community, meeting clients face-to-face, networking with purpose and working collaboratively with your recruitment colleagues to turn opportunities into great outcomes.
What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Proven experience in sales/business development.
- A confident, people-first approach with strong communication skills.
- A self-motivated attitude and drive to exceed targets.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- A desire to build a long-term career in recruitment.
- A full UK driving licence (essential).
We're open to great B2B sales professionals as well as recruiters. More important than background is attitude, curiosity, and the desire to build strong relationships and a successful career with us.
This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys being out in the market, meeting clients in person, building relationships and owning their own success.
