Our client is a renowned company in the horticultural industry, specializing in flowers and plants. As a General Operative at the Flower Factory, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the production and packaging of flowers. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a passion for working with plants. Duty of job role
Inspect and sort flowers
Assist in packaging and labeling
Maintain cleanliness in work area
Follow safety guidelines
Assist in general factory duties

Requirements for the job role
Ability to stand and work for long periods at a time
Good attention to detail
Be able to work shifts
Be able to offer flexibility

Pay rates and shifts
Days - £12.21
Nights - £12.71
Overtime - Paid at 125% after 46 hours
Shifts - 12 hours days and nights.
