<p>Kristian has a wealth of recruitment experience and has a strong track record of matching the perfect candidates with his clients. Before joining S&amp;You, he spent 15 years working at some of London&rsquo;s most respected recruitment agencies. Throughout his career, he has worked in RPO, Executive Search and has run a successful permanent recruitment desk with a focus on placing office support staff into global companies. After a short stint placing executives across the communications and technology markets, he has since moved back to Wales where he now focuses on building strong partnerships and finding exceptional talent for our most senior positions.</p>
