Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting multiple experienced site supervisors to join a commercial construction site in Exeter. This is a 3 month contract offering the chance to work on high-quality commercial projects.

Key Duties

• Manage Site Operations: Supervise daily activities, ensuring all work aligns with project plans and specifications.

• Supervise Workers: Direct site teams, set schedules, and monitor performance to maintain productivity and compliance with safety standards.

• Safety Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections, address potential hazards, and enforce health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven Supervisor experience within the construction industry.

• SSSTS, blue or gold cscs

• Reliable, consistent, and strong work ethic.

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly rate: £20-£23 per hour (CIS available)

• Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm

• PPE and tools provided at site

• Possible long term work available after first phase is complete
