Quality Engineer

Introduction

We are a fast-growing engineering company based in Weymouth, seeking a Quality Engineer to support and drive the company's key performance indicators for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.

Key Duties

• Monitor all quality assurance systems and ensure they are up to date and compliant with industry standards.

• Support and lead investigations into quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

• Review and interpret first article inspection reports.

• Act as a point of contact for all quality matters internally and externally.

• Support internal and external auditing plans.

• Encourage and implement standard processes and practices across the group.

Requirements

• ISO9001/AS9100 audit trained.

• Ability to read drawings.

• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, ISO14001, and NADCAP.

• Previous Quality Engineer experience.
