Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Warehouse Process Technician to join a well-established refinery in Clydach, Swansea. This is an ongoing, permanent opportunity for candidates with warehouse or logistics experience, ideally within a high-risk or industrial environment. The role requires a flexible approach to shift patterns, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.

Key Duties

• Operate a forklift truck (recognised qualification desirable).

• Handle metal powders and pellets safely.

• Sieving and decanting materials into containers.

• Collect and deliver materials across various areas of the site.

• Load wagons and support overall warehouse operations.

• Champion safety practices and follow Safe Systems of Work.

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is essential.

• CCNSG / National Safety Passport required.

• Flexible approach to working hours and shifts.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of Safe Systems of Work and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.

• Willingness to work overtime as required.
