Newport | £23,800 basic + £3,000+ achievable commission | 37.5 hours per week | Rota'd shifts Monday-Sunday | Permanent

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a customer-focused and sales-driven Sales Advisor to join our Newport branch. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contribution is recognised and rewarded.

Key Duties

• Let storage rooms and office space to customers.

• Sell merchandise and promote additional services.

• Follow up on enquiries to convert leads into sales.

• Process card and BACS payments, supporting credit control as needed.

• Maintain excellent store presentation and ensure a clean, organised environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer-facing sales, retail, or hospitality.

• Confident and competent using Microsoft Office.

• Flexible to work weekends as part of the rota.

• Reside within a 30-minute commute of Newport.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong customer service skills.
