Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Assembly Production Operatives for a long-established, award-winning company in central Bolton. The company specialises in cable assembly, wiring looms, and control panels for the automotive, aerospace, rail, and security industries. This is an immediate start on a temp to perm basis.

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie are looking for Electrical Assembly Operatives to join a modern facility in central Bolton. The business is family-run, values its staff, and offers an excellent working environment with accessible transport links.

Key Duties:

• Cable preparation.

• Crimping.

• Stripping and snipping wires.

• PCB work.

• Heat shrinking.

• General assembly duties.

Requirements:

• Experience in a production environment.

• Experience in soldering electrical components and following wiring diagrams.

• Ability to ensure products are finished to a high standard.

• Dexterity for working with small wiring components.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work.

• Full training provided, so reliability and a good attitude are key.
