Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Care Team Leader to join a dedicated team in Sidmouth, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to take on a leadership role and support a high standard of care delivery.

Key Duties

*Oversee the team day-to-day, allocating job roles.
*Ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks to meet resident's needs.
*Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and procedures.
*Administer medication.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth work flow and communication.
*Address any issues or concerns raised by team members and provide solutions.
*Maintain accurate records.

Requirements

*Previous experience in a leadership role within the care sector.
*Strong knowledge of regulations and best practices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
*Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
*Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
