Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

The role:
In this role, you'll be the link between customers and internal departments, ensuring that every enquiry, quotation, and order is handled efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail. You'll work closely in sales, production, and logistics teams to guarantee a smooth customer experience from enquiry to delivery.

Responsibilities:
* Preparing accurate quotations and processing orders using our internal systems.
* Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide product information and support.
* Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure orders are produced and delivered on time.
* Reviewing and checking orders before they are released to production or suppliers.
* Managing and following up on customer enquiries, ensuring nothing is missed.
* Handling customer queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
* Liaising with third-party suppliers to obtain competitive prices and product details.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and order progress.

Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Experience working in a customer service or sales support role.
* Confident using computer systems and comfortable with data entry.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
