Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting eight Demolition Labourers to join a reputable contractor at the University of Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates seeking long-term, full-time work on a well-managed site. Work is due to start Monday 3rd November.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out soft strip demolition work across the site.

• Remove and dispose of site waste safely and efficiently.

• Support site health and safety procedures and comply with site rules.

• Work collaboratively with the site team to maintain smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Blue CSCS card.

• Full PPE, including hard hat, high-visibility clothing, and steel-toe boots.

• Previous experience in a demolition or construction labouring role.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to start at 7:30am.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to health and safety.
