Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our client's busy and friendly team based in Estover. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills seeking a long-term position with genuine potential for permanency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, webchat, social media, and in person.

• Provide administrative support to management, colleagues, and clients as required.

• Cut and stitch fabric into a finished product as part of daily operations.

• Carry out general office duties, including answering calls, organising files, drafting correspondence, and scheduling meetings.

• Maintain accurate records and update databases.

• Track key deadlines and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in both customer service and administrative support is essential.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

• Confident communicator across multiple channels.

• Ability to work to deadlines and achieve daily targets.

• Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
