Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Production and Packing Operatives to join our client in Cwmbran.

This is a temporary ongoing position offering steady work within a supportive manufacturing environment. The role can be physically demanding and repetitive at times, so reliability, focus, and a strong work ethic are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production and packing of aerosol products.

• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality.

• Work effectively within a team and independently.

• Follow written and verbal work instructions.

• Comply with site policies and Health & Safety guidelines.

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping across all areas.

• Support production and packaging operations to meet daily targets.

Hours and Pay:

• Shifts: Days and rotating AM/PM shifts may be required.

• Flexibility is essential to support business needs.

• Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour, increasing to £12.32 per hour after 12 weeks.

• Overtime: Paid after 39 hours (Monday to Friday).

• Shift Premium: Paid after 12 weeks if working a rotating AM/PM pattern.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Good timekeeping and reliability.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual, repetitive work.
