Introduction

This is a hands-on role operating packing line machinery while supporting team coordination and continuous improvement across production shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage packing line machinery efficiently and safely.

• Meet production targets while maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Lead product changeovers and support team coordination.

• Train and support new and existing team members.

• Report performance issues to the Team Leader.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across your shift.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience working with machinery in a production environment.

• Strong communication and numeracy skills.

• Proactive and team-focused attitude.

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Shift Pattern (Alternating Weekly):

Shift A:

• Week 1: Sunday-Tuesday (3 days) | 6:30am - 6:30pm.

• Week 2: Sunday-Wednesday (4 days) | 6:30am - 6:30pm.

Shift B:

• Week 1: Wednesday-Saturday (4 days) | 6:30am - 6:30pm.

• Week 2: Thursday-Saturday (3 days) | 6:30am - 6:30pm.
