Cleanroom Production Operator - Cardiff

Cardiff, CF14 | £13.97 per hour | Mon-Fri | 6am-2pm, rotating weekly with 2pm-10pm | Full-Time

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is working with a global life sciences company seeking Cleanroom Production Operators on a full-time basis. Successful applicants will be required to undertake an informal interview prior to starting.

Key Duties:

• Read and follow work procedures and schematics or receive verbal instructions regarding duties.

• Perform manufacturing and assembly operations following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.

• Maintain required daily output.

• Operate manual and semi-automated equipment to meet production targets.

• Collaborate with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.

• Undertake other duties as assigned, including participation in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.

Requirements:

• Previous cleanroom production experience.

• Comfortable wearing full Cleanroom PPE and following strict working guidelines.

• Own transport is ideal due to working hours and location.
