Acorn by Synergie are looking for experienced Customer Service Experiance Representative

Role details:

• Previous experience in Customer Service and Admin Support required.
• Derriford based.
• £12.50 per hour.
• Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00am-5:00pm.
• This is temporary to permanent opportunity for right candidate.
• Great location for public transport.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be:

• Answering customer questions by phone, email, webchat, social media or in person
• Providing administrative support to management, employees and in some cases, clients and visitors.
• Cutting and stitching fabric into a finished product.
• Handling ad-hoc office duties such as answering phones, organising files, drafting emails and scheduling meetings.
• Maintaining databases and tracking important deadlines.

Applicants must have Customer Service and Admin experience, excellent attention to detail and be able to work to targets and deadlines.
