Key Duties:

• Ensure the structural integrity and compliance of all products with industry standards.
• Lead the design and development of new mechanical and sheet metal products using CAD and design software such as Creo and Windchill.
• Ensure all designs meet structural, cost, and manufacturing requirements.
• Apply design tools such as DFMEA and tolerance analysis to ensure robust product performance.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with major clients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, production, and project management to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communicate design data effectively to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in mechanical and sheet metal design.
• Proficiency with CAD software, including Creo and Windchill.
• Strong understanding of structural analysis, DFMEA, and tolerance analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work across the full design lifecycle.
