Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is searching for a German-Speaking Customer Service Executive to join our client, a large manufacturer based in Deeside. Reporting to the Group Logistics Manager, the purpose of the role is to provide support to clients through on-time and in-full delivery of orders, ensuring smooth communication between warehouses, logistics teams, and customers.
Key Duties:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in both German and English.
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, and returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with internal teams, including warehousing and logistics, to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics or warehousing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
What We Offer:
