Sales Assistant

Honiton | £25,000 per annum (£29,000 OTE) | Monday - Friday | Permanent | Hybrid (2 days WFH after training)

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Sales Assistant to join a leading electronic component distributor in Honiton. This company partners with OEM and EMS businesses to manage their overstock inventories and is looking for a motivated individual to support its sales operations.

Key Duties

• Selling large volumes of electronic components to existing buyers.
• Managing a mixture of proactive and reactive sales activities.
• Supporting marketing efforts to promote available stock.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Tenacious, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work well in a team.

What We Offer

• £25,000 per annum + bonuses (OTE £29,000).
• Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 08:30am - 3pm.
• Option to work two days per week from home after successful training (at company discretion).
• Five weeks annual leave (increasing to six).
