Pencoed (Hybrid) | £37,000 - £38,000 | Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Permanent

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation based in Pencoed. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to take ownership of project delivery from start to finish. The role will focus on the successful execution of project plans and the timely liquidation of assets, while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the Project Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that client expectations are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle. This hybrid position offers a dynamic working environment with opportunities to collaborate across departments including Logistics, Sales, and Finance.


Key Duties:

  • Manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and loyalty.
  • Act as the main point of contact for project-related queries and concerns.
  • Coordinate resources and internal teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Provide support to other Project Managers and cover during periods of absence.
  • Assist Account Leaders with administrative tasks, client data, and presentation materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects.
  • Oversee and coordinate logistics activities related to project delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with departments including Logistics, Sales, and Finance.
  • Demonstrate resilience and persistence in overcoming challenges and meeting goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar Project Manager role.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to negotiate, present, and influence stakeholders.
  • Multilingual skills desirable - French-speaking candidates are highly sought after.
  • Proficient IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
