Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting Refuse Loaders on behalf of our client based in Kingsbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a dedicated team on an ongoing temporary basis.

Key Details:

• Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm.
• £12.45 per hour.
• Easily accessible by public transport.
• Free on-site parking available.
• Immediate starts available.

Job Description:

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role involving:

• Walking long distances during each shift.
• Lifting and loading residential waste bins onto refuse vehicles.
• Working as part of a close-knit team to ensure timely waste collection.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience in physical or manual work preferred.
• Good level of physical fitness - ability to walk and lift for long periods.
• Must be able to travel to Ivybridge for a 7am start each day.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
