Production Operative

Cullompton Area | £12.22 per hour (Basic) | Monday to Friday | Permanent

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting motivated and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team based in the Cullompton area. Own transport is required due to the location.

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Thursday: 7am - 3:30pm.
• Friday: 7am - 2:30pm.

Pay Rates:

• Basic Rate: £12.22 per hour.
• Overtime Rate: £18.33 per hour.
• Sunday Rate: £24.44 per hour.

Key Duties:

• Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure efficient and accurate assembly of truss packs.
• Perform regular quality checks during production to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or timber-based environment is beneficial but not essential.
• High attention to detail.
• Understanding of health and safety practices.
• Adaptability with a positive, proactive mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
