School Cleaner - Part-Time
Sidmouth, Devon | Monday - Friday | 25 hours per week | £12.60 per hour | Immediate Start | Term-Time Only
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a reliable and experienced School Cleaner to join a friendly and dedicated team at a local school in Sidmouth.
This is a part-time, ongoing opportunity during school term time, ideal for someone local to the area or with their own transport due to limited public transport availability.
Key Details:
- Location: Sidmouth, Devon.
- Pay: £12.60 per hour (paid weekly).
- Hours: 25 hours per week.
- Shift Options: 1pm - 6pm or 2pm - 6pm.
- Days: Monday to Friday (term time only).
- Start Date: Immediate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning classrooms, halls, corridors, eating areas, and offices.
- Polishing and disinfecting surfaces.
- Mopping floors and emptying bins.
- Cleaning and restocking washrooms and toilets.
- Maintaining high hygiene standards throughout the school.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience (ideally in a school or commercial environment).
- Must live locally to Sidmouth or have access to transport.
- Enhanced DBS check is required (can be arranged if needed).
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
