Acorn by Synergie is recruiting reliable and hard-working Production Operatives / Packers to join a busy manufacturing team near Tiverton (EX15 area). This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team preparing products for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing customer products to specific requirements.
• Labelling and preparing boxes for shipment.
• Performing basic quality checks on products.
• Supporting general production tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a flexible attitude.
• Good spoken English.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to full-time hours.
