Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer in South Petherton. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous manufacturing experience to work flexibly across a variety of shifts, with great rates of pay and a supportive team environment.

Shift Patterns (Ad-Hoc):

• Days:
• 6am - 2pm | £12.45 per hour

• Twilight:

• 2pm - 5pm | £12.45 per hour
• 5pm - 10pm | £17.55 per hour
• Nights:
• 10pm - 6am | £18.68 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production lines and maintain consistent product quality.
• Carry out checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Ensure all products meet required quality standards.
• Identify and report any faults or inefficiencies.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work as part of a fast-paced production team.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
• Ability to work flexibly across different shifts as required.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
