Runcorn | £14.32 - £15.11 per hour | 3-Shift Rotation | Temp to Perm | Immediate Starts Available
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting Production Operatives for our well-established manufacturing client in Runcorn, offering temporary-to-permanent opportunities, immediate starts, and excellent progression potential.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Weighing ingredients to precise specifications.
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently.
- Completing paperwork and following strict company SOPs.
- Carrying out quality checks and hygiene duties.
- Packing and palletising finished products.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience (FMCG environment preferred).
- Awareness of Health & Safety and Manual Handling procedures.
- Strong communication skills.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude.
- HACCP knowledge is advantageous.
Shift Pattern:
Rotating 3-shift pattern:
- 6am - 2pm.
- 2pm - 10pm.
- 10pm - 6am.
- 39-hour week with paid breaks.
Pay & Benefits:
- £14.32 - £15.11 per hour (depending on role).
- Overtime paid at enhanced rates: £20.64 - £30.22 per hour.
