This role offers great exposure to all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll administration, and colleague engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist with payroll administration.
- Help drive colleague engagement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year admin experience (HR experience is helpful but not essential).
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
- IT savvy with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to get stuck in.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with SAP HR or similar HRIS systems.
- Comfortable communicating with a wide range of people verbally and in writing.
