About the Role

As a Production Operative / Packer, you'll support key functions on the production line - from packing and assembly to machine operation. This role is hands-on and varied, with full training provided for the right candidates.

You'll be working 4 days per week (Monday to Friday) on a rotating day off, allowing for a great work-life balance and consistent hours.

Key Details:

• Hours: 6am - 4:00pm (38 hours per week plus overtime).
• Shifts: Monday - Friday (with one day off on rota).

• Pay:

• Basic rate: £13.50 per hour.
• Overtime: £20.25 per hour (after 38 hours).
• Sunday rate: £27 per hour.
• Contract Type: Temporary-to-Permanent.
• Location: Dunkeswell, EX14 (Must have own transport due to rural location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and label products accurately and efficiently.
• Operate production machinery (after training).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Support quality checks and report any issues.
• Work to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Good level of English (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous production experience is a bonus, but not required.
