Job description

Acorn by SYNERGIE are searching for a Goods Out Administrator with solid experience using Mintsoft warehouse management software to join our client in Chorley, Lancashire.

The purpose of the role is to take the lead on goods-out administration, ensuring products are dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage outbound fulfilment processes with a focus on accuracy and speed

* Coordinate collections and deliveries with external haulage companies

* Upload and maintain product and shipment data in Mintsoft

* Keep clear and accurate records of dispatched goods

* Support the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day logistics and admin

What You'll Need:

* Hands-on experience with Mintsoft - this is essential

* Previous experience in warehouse administration or fulfilment

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

* Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Salary is dependent on knowledge and experience to offer.
