<p>Kristian has a wealth of recruitment experience and has a strong track record of matching the perfect candidates with his clients. Before joining S&amp;You, he spent 15 years working at some of London&rsquo;s most respected recruitment agencies. Throughout his career, he has worked in RPO, Executive Search and has run a successful permanent recruitment desk with a focus on placing office support staff into global companies. After a short stint placing executives across the communications and technology markets, he has since moved back to Wales where he now focuses on building strong partnerships and finding exceptional talent for our most senior positions.</p>

<p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Machine Operator / Production Operative - Bridgwater - Temporary to Permanent</span></p><p>Acorn by Synergie are recruiting for a Machine Operator / Production Operative for their manufacturing client in Bridgwater.</p><p>37.5 Hours a week working on a rotating shift</p><p>Week 1 - Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.15pm</p><p>Week 2 - Monday to Friday 2.00pm to 10.15pm</p><p>45 minutes of unpaid breaks a day.</p><p>Pay £12.30 an hour.</p><p>The role will be working in a small team, programming and setting machines, keeping them topped up with materials. Fault finding and resolving problems, carrying out quality control checks, packing the finished products.  </p><p>Acorn by Synergie acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.</p>
