Throughout his career, he has worked in RPO, Executive Search and has run a successful permanent recruitment desk with a focus on placing office support staff into global companies. After a short stint placing executives across the communications and technology markets, he has since moved back to Wales where he now focuses on building strong partnerships and finding exceptional talent for our most senior positions.</p>

<p>Mark has experience in working within organisations such as Adecco Professional Staffing and Hays Technology along with boutique Technology recruiters and Automation Consultancy. His skillset includes &ndash; client development, team growth, workforce engagement solutions, training and development and PL management. Excellent leadership skills and work with customers from a board level down. Mark's target is to build a robust, industry leading, global Technology offering for S&amp;You Globally that will execute solutions based on quality, engagement and at pace.</p>
