<p>Kristian has a wealth of recruitment experience and has a strong track record of matching the perfect candidates with his clients. Before joining S&amp;You, he spent 15 years working at some of London&rsquo;s most respected recruitment agencies. Throughout his career, he has worked in RPO, Executive Search and has run a successful permanent recruitment desk with a focus on placing office support staff into global companies. After a short stint placing executives across the communications and technology markets, he has since moved back to Wales where he now focuses on building strong partnerships and finding exceptional talent for our most senior positions.</p>

<p>Luke has been with our specialist team since 2018 and is responsible for many of the success stories across our executive and board recruitment portfolio. He's a secondary Welsh speaker from North Wales with Swedish heritage and initially came from a finance recruiting background before being asked to lead on our retained solutions. He has extensive experience of operating across the UK and especially in housing, sport and third sectors. He's been a member of Acorn's own internal EDI committee since 2020 and has also championed numerous EDI initiatives externally.</p>

<p>As one of the Co-Directors responsible for the Technology Practice of S&amp;You Globally, Mark is responsible for customer ecosystem growth and the strategic vision of the Technology practice. Our focus is to enable AI &amp; Automation into the modern workplace and we work with partners and a vast network of talent to enrich the way in which fast moving technology is delivered into an extensive client portfolio.</p>
<p>Mark has experience in working within organisations such as Adecco Professional Staffing and Hays Technology along with boutique Technology recruiters and Automation Consultancy. His skillset includes &ndash; client development, team growth, workforce engagement solutions, training and development and PL management. Excellent leadership skills and work with customers from a board level down. Mark's target is to build a robust, industry leading, global Technology offering for S&amp;You Globally that will execute solutions based on quality, engagement and at pace.</p>
