Acorn by Synergie is working in partnership with Honeywell in Yeovil, Somerset and have opportunities for a HS&E Advisor to work on full-time basis starting as soon as possible.

Days:

* Monday to Thursday (07:00 to 15:30) & Friday (07:00 to 12:00)

Pay: £18.88 per hour to £19.24 per hour - depending on experience and shift

The position holds the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HS&E strategies and programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment within the Aerospace business unit.
• Conduct Risk Assessments and Safety Audits to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Health, Safety and Environmental Regulations, Permits, Certifications and Honeywell requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver Safety Training Programs.
