Are you looking for a dynamic and exciting role in the food production industry? Look no further! Our client's family-run sausage factory, located in the beautiful town of Kingsteignton, is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Food Production Operative to join the team.

At their sausage factory, our client takes pride in producing high-quality and delicious sausages using traditional family recipes. We are looking for someone who shares this passion for food and is willing to work hard to ensure all products meet their high standards.

As the Food Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production process. In this role, you will be responsible for handling meat products, packing, and picking products to ensure they are processed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for completing paperwork to ensure all products are tracked and accounted for.

One of the great perks of working with them is the convenience of location. The factory has parking on site and is located on a bus route, making it easily accessible for those who prefer to use public transportation. They also offer an immediate start for the right candidate, so you can begin your new role as soon as possible.

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why working hours are Monday to Friday from 07.00 - finish (usually around 5pm - 6pm). This gives you the flexibility to have your weekends to yourself and spend quality time with your family and friends.

To excel in this role, you will need to have a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in a food production environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. However, you must have a willingness to learn and a positive attitude towards work.

At the sausage factory, they value teamwork, and believe that everyone plays an essential role in the success of the business. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a team player and can work well with others, as well as independently when needed. They also have a supportive and friendly working environment, and strive to create a welcoming and inclusive culture where everyone feels valued.

If you are passionate about food production and want to be part of a dynamic team, then we want to hear from you! Send us your application today, and we will be in touch very soon.
