Salary: £14.00 per hourWork: 12 hour day &amp; night shifts Process Loader:These shift-based roles report to the First Line Manager (FLM) or Multi Operator. The individual will be part of a multi-skilled team, responsible to undertake daily, weekly, monthly manual activities for the department to meet KPI requirements for Safety, Quality, Hygiene, Service, costs and behaviours through agreed way of working. This role is in place to load the area with Materials and complete manual work supporting the production line, the jobs not requiring in depth knowledge to run the machine. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safeguarding and Wellbeing Manager to uphold our values and contribute to the creation of healthy, safe environments for gymnasts across Wales. This role will support the Executive Director of Safeguarding in managing safeguarding cases and driving continual improvements in safeguarding practices across clubs and leisure centers. This role is crucial to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all involved in Welsh Gymnastics, offering an opportunity to make a significant impact to the lives of gymnasts across Wales. The Role
The Board is responsible for providing appropriate oversight, governance and leadership to the organisation in the pursuit of its objectives.
The Vice-Chair role is designed to support the Chair in the setting of the organisation's strategy and policies, providing leadership and planning support, and to act for the Chair when they are not available, ensuring an immediate replacement is in place in the event the Chair cannot be present for meetings, events or in any way unavailable to lead the business of the Board.

Responsibilities
* Assist the Chair in leading the overall direction of the organisation, and in delivering the overall strategy for the sport * Support the Chair in leading and directing the Board either at full Board meetings or on specialist advisory panels or working groups; * Share responsibility with the Chair for legality and probity in the conduct of the organisation * Have a clear vision as to how the organisation can continue to contribute as a deliverer across the sport * Have the ability to scrutinise and excellent analytical skills to support and challenge the Board effectively, to ensure that organisation meets its aims, objectives and performance targets; * Participate in the corporate planning process, including agreeing annual budget plans for operational programmes and corporate activities; * Have a good understanding of corporate responsibility and risk management to ensure that the organisation's activities are conducted effectively and efficiently; * Have an enquiring mind, good listening skills and ability to understand complex situations/reports.

The Role
The Board is responsible for providing appropriate oversight, governance and leadership to the organisation in the pursuit of its objectives. The chair provides leadership to the board with prime responsibility for ensuring it has agreed priorities, a coherent and achievable strategy, appropriate structures, processes and a productive culture. They will enable the board to achieve its potential and secure the long-term success of the organisation.
The Chair's primary role is to provide assurance of the Board's integrity and the effective management of the organisation. At a secondary level the Chair may also publicly represent the Board and its policies to Members and other stakeholders. The role should never be merely procedural or ceremonial.
 Responsibilities
* Ensure the Board's behaviour is consistent with its own rules and those legitimately imposed upon it from outside the organisation (e.g. HMRC, Sport Wales, the sport's International Federation) * Ensure meeting discussion focuses on those issues which, according to Board policy, clearly belong to the group as opposed to the staff or another sub-committee * Ensure Board discussions are timely, fair, orderly, thorough, efficient, limited to time and kept to the point * Provide effective line management to staff, including General Manager and Development Manager * Facilitating effective board meetings, liaising with the General Manager, where appropriate, with the drafting of agendas and supporting papers for board meetings and ensuring that the business is covered efficiently and effectively in those meetings; * Encouraging all board members to contribute their skills, experience and opinions in order to ensure adequate scrutiny; * Manage conflicts of interest and loyalty; * Creating a board environment with strong working relationships and where challenge and scrutiny are welcomed; * Participating in any board induction, training and evaluation identified as an individual board member and as part of the board or committee; * Maintaining the board's commitment to board diversity, renewal and succession planning, in line with the governing document and/or current good practice; * Undergoing an individual and board performance appraisal, and attending any additional training highlighted as a result of the evaluation process; * Undertaking evaluations of the performance of board members and directing the governance lead to facilitate remedial action where required; * Representing the organisation at functions, meetings and in the wider media, in line with the organisation's agreed media strategy.
