* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA) or Qualified by experience.

* Be approachable to members of the team

* Lead by example and instil a sense of professionalism in the team

* Manage the team work planning, allocating the appropriate level of work to more junior members of staff

* Maintain objectivity, professionalism and independence in client relationship

* Support less experienced members of the team as required
